What is BIM (more than just 3D)

with over 30 years experience using the digital world, from specialist installer modelling and drawings to BIM management on large projects. We have the experience to ensure your Digital Twin solves problems before they get to site.

Proactive in our approach, we try to identify a solution for a problem before presenting it and regularly collaborate with other disciplines to work together for a better installation.

We have worked across a wide range of sectors in the UK, Ireland and New Zealand. Data Centres, Hospital and Pharmaceutical Facilities. Commercial, residential, Very High End residential and High Security. Adapting and learning the nuances of design needed for each one.

We believe that the days of 'first come, first installed' on site should be firmly behind us. Site amendments because of a clash with another service should not be happening anymore. With good BIM Management and a good Digital Twin supporting site management, planning and installation of services should be a smooth ride for all, saving costs and reducing waste for everyone.

As BIM managers and modellers, we encourage open communication and engagement between all parties. We assist site managers in the planning of the installation of the services and stand shoulder to shoulder with a team at the end of a project, looking forward to doing it again.
